Soil

A light clay-limestone soil favourable to the production of white grapes which are used to make the base wine that goes through the second fermentation process.

Wine-making

Grapes harvested manually in order to pick whole berries. Gentle pressing, cold settling, pitching and fermentation at low temperature.  Second fermentation following the Charmat process for six months to bring complexity to this quality sparkling wine.

Service

This wine is best served at a temperature between 6 and 8°C.

Food matching

To serve as an aperitif or to accompany dishes including scallops, grilled fish and even light dishes such as poultry.

CINSAULT GRENACHE

A clear, golden body with green highlights, a stream of many fine bubbles, wonderful persistence.
A light, fruity bouquet with white fruit notes and brioche hints.
A fresh and fruity palate of fresh fruits, apricots and white peach.
Powerful, but well balanced. This wine is elegant and refined.
